<p>Location: Lebanon, IN, United States</p> <p>Share:</p> <p>Quick Apply Now</p> <p>Save Job Saved</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position will perform efficient and thorough mechanical repairs and or maintenance of all rental equipment primarily at customer job sites and occasionally in the shop.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failures at job sites. </li><li>Cleans, repairs, reconditions, and maintains equipment and components to ensure they meet company standards. </li><li>Prepares inspection and appraisal reports. </li><li>Completely understand the operation, function, specifications, capabilities, and controls of any piece of rental equipment </li><li>Completes all documents associated with repairs in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Adhere to manager's and lead mechanic's directions regarding all repairs and service calls. </li><li>Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in the work area. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>5 years or more of work-related experience in a technician related position. </li><li>Valid Driver's License. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Certificate acquired through a vocational or technical school. </li><li>Valid Class B CDL. </li><li>7 years or more of work-related experience with heavy equipment preferably with a rental company or Caterpillar and/or in a position with a working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems etc. </li><li>Must have required shop hand tools. </li></ul> <p>The duties and responsibilities described here are not a comprehensive list, and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.</p> <p>MacAllister Machinery Co Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).</p> <p>Share:</p> <p>Quick Apply Now</p>
