<p>Security Supervisor</p> <p>Securitas Security is looking for experienced site supervisors to lead our teams. This individual will be assigned to a client site to assure operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, scheduling, supervision, and training. We are looking for individuals that motivate, inspire, and help develop those who report to them, while being able to maintain the overall expectations of our company and clients. This location will require you to have prior concierge and or class A high rise experience.</p> <p>Pay: $25.00-25.85/Hour</p> <p>Schedules:</p> <ul> <li>Monday- Friday 6am-2pm </li><li>Friday-Sunday 4pm-2am </li></ul> <p>Location: Denver, CO</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k </li><li>Weekly Pay & Paid Vacation </li><li>Employee Perks (Discounts @ Apple, Verizon, Ford & more) </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (Includes free counseling) </li><li>Educational Opportunities with DeVry University </li><li>Financial & Wellness Program </li><li>Free Uniforms </li><li>Referral program </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>18 years of age or older </li><li>High School Diploma or GED Required </li><li>Basic Computer experience </li><li>Reliable and self-motivated </li><li>Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). </li><li>Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). </li></ul> <p>Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. </li><li>Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates. </li><li>In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions. </li><li>May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy. </li><li>Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance. </li><li>Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls. </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. </li><li>Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports. </li><li>May be required to work overtime without advance notice. </li><li>Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. </li><li>Keyboarding, basic computer usage, and operating controls. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
