<p>Description</p> <p>SUMMARY OF DUTIES</p> <p>Under general supervision, provides day-to-day administration of Electronic Services and ACH operations and disputes; additionally, assists the Deposit Operations manager in the daily deposit operations functions and operations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Oversees, manages and continuously enhances the bank's suite of business Electronic Services; this includes, but is not limited to Cash Management, Remote Deposit Capture, One Day ACH, and Customer Payment Portal (CPP). </li><li>Prepares all new Electronic Services contracts and addendums for changes to current contracts. </li><li>Facilitates quarterly Electronic Services sales meetings. </li><li>Responsible for setting up all new Electronic Services and assisting current customers. </li><li>Ensures compliance with ACH guidelines and takes accountability to keep up to date with ACH rules and guidelines. </li><li>Oversees yearly third-party ACH audit including the gathering of request items, meeting with the auditor, responding and resolving any exception items noted. </li><li>Provides regular training and coaching to staff regarding all aspects of Electronic Services. </li><li>Implements and manages Electronic Services and ACH policies. </li><li>Process debit card and fraud disputes. </li><li>Reconcile internal clearing accounts. </li><li>Review and process daily balancing reports. </li><li>Accept and process wire transfers. </li><li>Perform ongoing Customer Information File maintenance </li><li>Import and index documents into the company's document storage program. </li><li>Process Fresh Start, unpostables, chargeback, overdrafts and correspondent bank account adjustments. </li><li>Set-up new Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA) users, and review and process RDA warnings and expectations. </li><li>Answer and assist with overflow of customer service calls from the Contact Center. </li></ul> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Other duties assigned from time to time by COO. </li><li>Familiar with and abides by all bank regulations including but not limited to BSA and OFAC. </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS OF THE JOB</p> <ul> <li>Stationed at desk area 85% of working time. Travel for customer visits for Electronic Services sales calls, installations, and troubleshooting. </li><li>No particular hazards on the job. </li><li>No unusual physical exertion required. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>AAP Certification </li><li>High School education </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li><li>Must have superior customer service and sales abilities. </li><li>Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and have good listening skills. </li><li>Good interpersonal communication and computer skills: ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers and adding machines. </li><li>Ability to retain confidential information. </li><li>Professional appearance and manner are required for this customer contact position. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years retail banking and 2 years of ACH experience. </li><li>Experience with Jack Henry 20/20 software suite of products </li></ul>
