<p>DEPARTMENT: Precision Parts</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Team Leader (Captain) Night Shift</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Department Manager</p> <p>SHIFT DAYS / HOURS: Week 1: Monday through Wednesday</p> <p>Week 2: Monday through Thursday</p> <p>6 pm - 6 am</p> <p>Bonnell Aluminum is looking for an individual to join our Precision Parts team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely processing and accuracy of machine parts per customer's request </li><li>Managing a team of machine operators </li><li>Measuring parts to customer expectations </li><li>Assist or perform set-ups on CNC machines </li><li>Assist department engineer and facilitator in identifying potential problems and areas of improvement </li><li>Manage & conduct safety training. </li><li>Understanding or ability to calculate speeds and feeds </li><li>Driving process adherence </li><li>Maintain accurate inventories through cycle counts & inventory adjustments. </li><li>Know basic shop floor programming on CNC machines, </li><li>Ability to inspire others to work efficiently, defuse conflict and make good decisions. </li><li>Ability to coach, develop and lead production employees. </li><li>Communicating needs between various departments. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>English required; Bilingual (Spanish) helpful </li><li>Blueprint reading skills. </li><li>Ability to delegate and anticipate needs of the department and employees. </li><li>Work closely with design engineers, salesmen, & customer service representatives. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task. </li><li>Strong problem solving and advanced math skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members. </li><li>Ability to efficiently use a computer, including programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. </li><li>Team player with leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent inspection skills. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Pass company background check and drug screen </li></ul> <p>What You'll Love About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Life Insurance </li><li>Matched 401k </li><li>Paid Vacation </li></ul>
