If this is you, we'd love to talk.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Meeting Essity Safety and Quality standards when performing tasks, such as but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out or Confined Space</p> </li><li> <p>Following a strict Preventive Maintenance Schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and perform repairs on big machines and support equipment as directed by the maintenance supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Repair machine defects found on machinery when discovered</p> </li><li> <p>Report any machine defects identified during PM that cannot be corrected to maintenance supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Responding to calls from the production team to restore and/or adjust machines to keep product running at expected rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solving and suggesting priorities for smooth operation, asking for help with issues that cannot be resolved.</p> </li><li> <p>Following established processes, performing preventive maintenance tasks and helping with changeovers as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Making improvement recommendations based on operational experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Work required overtime to complete repairs to minimize machine downtime</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 + years of Industrial maintenance experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with a preventive maintenance schedule</p> </li><li> <p>Technical or College degree preferred, High School graduate or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years working with the following tools and machinery:</p> </li><li> <p>Lathe</p> </li><li> <p>Drill presses</p> </li><li> <p>Band saws</p> </li><li> <p>Hand tools</p> </li><li> <p>Pipefitting</p> </li><li> <p>Welding, brazing, burring</p> </li><li> <p>Air compressors/HVAC systems</p> </li><li> <p>Basic electrical understanding</p> </li><li> <p>Working with mechanical and electrical blueprints or drawings is a big plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Walking</p> </li><li> <p>Standing</p> </li><li> <p>Kneeling or bending</p> </li><li> <p>Visual/Hearing Ability and depth perception</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer You</p> <p>At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>Expected Compensation</p> <p>Earn up to $35.00 per hour based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
