You'll co-manage our predictive dialer system, track real-time metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency-all while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, configure, and maintain dialer campaigns and call strategies </li><li>Make real-time adjustments to improve agent contact and file reach rates </li><li>Analyze campaign performance and share actionable reports </li><li>Collaborate with operations, compliance, and IT teams to align dialer tactics with business goals </li><li>Support special projects and provide assistance to leadership as needed </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years administering auto-dialer campaigns </li><li>Experience with dialer tools (Genesys preferred) and SQL reporting </li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills </li><li>Understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, and industry regulations </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Background in financial services or unsecured debt collections are a plus. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL Server Management Studio are a plus. </li></ul> <p>THE LOANMART DIFFERENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid work schedule- usually three days at home (if you prefer) and two days in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with some variance for training, performance, and month-end).
