Zarb School of Business is inviting applications for an anticipated tenure-track faculty position in Management beginning in the fall of 2026.</p> <p>Applicants will be considered as an Assistant or an Associate Professor. Rank is dependent upon the applicant's teaching experience and publication record. We are seeking a candidate whose primary area of teaching and research is Human Resources Management. An ideal candidate would also have the ability and desire to teach a variety of management courses beyond HRM.</p> <p>Hofstra University emphasizes excellence in teaching. Candidates will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate management courses in the classroom and online. In addition, candidates must have a commitment to research which leads to high quality, peer-reviewed publications. ABDs in advanced dissertation stages will be considered for a non-tenure track appointment. Tenure-track status requires a degree in-hand by August 2026.
