You'll manage audits across financial and operational areas, guide junior auditors, and communicate results to senior leadership and the Board.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Project ManagementLead multiple complex audit projects at the same timeReview business processes and risks before audits beginCreate audit plans, timelines, and assign work to the teamManage audit scope, review work, and provide feedbackWrite clear audit findings and reports for senior leadershipAudit Execution & ReportingPerform and document audit work using professional standardsExecute testing and create detailed work papersAnalyze results, business impact, and control effectivenessDocument processes, findings, and exceptions clearlyCommunicate findings and resolve issues with audit and business leadersTeam & Department SupportSupport internal audit initiatives and reporting needsModel integrity, ethics, and respect for diversityContribute to a positive and collaborative audit team cultureRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in accounting or auditingStrong business and technical report writing skillsWillingness to travel up to 10%Preferred QualificationsExperience or background within a Pharmacy Benefit Manager roleCPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward certificationExperience planning and managing audit projectsKnowledge of internal controls, risks, and business processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsEffective communication, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skillsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
