We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Food & Beverage Manager will manage all Concession Team Members, supervise the concession dining areas including front and back of house team members, and all aspects of concessions.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations </li><li>Hire, train, mentor, supervise and evaluate staff </li><li>Open and close the kitchen </li><li>Budget and monitor weekly food and labor costs </li><li>Monitor quality control </li><li>Monitor sales </li><li>Generate daily and monthly financial reports as well as inventory reports </li><li>Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as necessary </li><li>Research new food and beverage products </li><li>Create new menu and marketing ideas </li><li>Manage supply invoices </li><li>Set up vendor accounts </li><li>Meet with food vendors and make decisions on products </li><li>Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers </li><li>Inspect equipment and food deliveries </li><li>Coordinate kitchen equipment installation </li><li>Evaluate health and safety practices </li><li>Record information about inventory and health practices </li><li>Handle customer complaints and suggestions </li><li>Organize and manage catering </li><li>Coordinate with other managers for special events and parties </li><li>Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by General Manager </li><li>Responsible for the sale, marketing, coordination, planning, execution and evaluation of all non-tournament special events </li><li>Manage special event budget </li><li>Ensure that all special events have signed contracts, certificates of insurance and paid deposits prior to arrival </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years old </li><li>Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Must have strong leadership skills </li><li>Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills </li><li>Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be able to work under pressure and be decisive </li><li>Ability to motivate team members </li><li>Must be able to work well in a group setting </li><li>Must have strong mathematical skills </li><li>Must be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as needed </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds </li><li>May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time indoors and outdoors </li><li>Facility has intermittent noise </li></ul>
