<p>RAI Specialist - RN at American Senior Communities</p> <p>This position requires extensive travel supporting our buildings in Northern Indiana, including South Bend/Elkhart area.</p> <p>Become a Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Specialist - RN at American Senior Communities, and start making a difference in the lives of seniors today!</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Audits facility records for Minimum Data Set (MDS) accuracy, timeliness, and completion. </li><li>Has the ability to assess resident, if needed. </li><li>Educates and trains new and current MDS Coordinators. </li><li>Professionally communicates findings from each facility visit, audit, or review with the Executive Director and other leaders as directed by the VP of Clinical Reimbursement. </li><li>Assists with MDS Coordinator responsibilities as needed and directed by VP of Clinical Reimbursement. </li><li>Attends MDS workshops to maintain current standards of practice and knowledge of regulatory changes. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. </li><li>A minimum of five (5) years in a related field. </li><li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively (including some overnights) supporting our buildings in the South Bend/Elkhart area. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?
