This role involves leading a Mobile Technology Standardization initiative aimed at enhancing productivity, fostering best practices, and simplifying mobile workforce technology across the firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing large-scale end-user computing rollout programs, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering high-quality results.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create, manage, and maintain work stream schedules. </li><li>Build migration schedules and waves for device rollouts. </li><li>Provide work stream meeting management and updates for program steering packs. </li><li>Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). </li><li>Generate status reports and maintain project controls. </li><li>Support the Program Management team as required. </li><li>Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to program templates and best practices. </li><li>Utilize SharePoint for project management and documentation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of Project Management/PMO experience. </li><li>Proven experience in large-scale end-user computing rollout programs. </li><li>Strong knowledge of project lifecycles and governance within large organizations. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to collaborate, build consensus, and work independently or as part of a team. </li><li>Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong MS Excel skills, including working with large datasets (100k+ rows). </li><li>Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Visio. </li><li>Experience in financial services or consulting firms is required. </li><li>Understanding of technology projects and their complexities. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree (preferred). </li><li>Experience in enterprise mobile platforms (MDM, BYOD, security compliance, etc.) is a plus. </li><li>PMP or Agile certifications are a plus. </li></ul> <p>About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
