Serves as a lead providing front line direction for assigned employees.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Formal Education Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Experience & Training Required:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in the Environmental Services field, with hands on knowledge of hard surface and carpet care. </li><li>Reliable transportation. </li><li>Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to use all methods of communication, including electronic methods, as described in the Environmental Policies and Procedures Manual. </li><li>Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers, with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity. </li><li>Ability to effectively interact and motivate co-workers. </li><li>Assumes accountability for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy. </li><li>Exemplifies leadership </li></ul> <p>Level of Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Heavy: Exerts 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently, and/or ten to 20 pounds of force continuously to move objects. </li><li>On feet during work shift performing medium to heavy work to include moving, lifting, pushing and pulling of loaded carts, furniture, cleaning equipment and materials. </li><li>Exposure to odors, feces, blood etc. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>$18.31/hr - $21.97/hr</p> <p>The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
