<p>We are looking for a talented, proactive and highly motivated legal counsel to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Corporate Headquarters in Haifa</p> <p>Elbit Systems is an international high technology company, primarily engaged in the defense and homeland security arenas. Elbit's stocks are publicly traded both in the NASDAQ and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange</p> <p>The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Legal Division, handling a variety of legal issues across the organization, closely collaborating with management and business leaders</p> <p>Key responsibilities include providing legal advice and legal support to various corporate departments, such as HR, procurement, finance, export control, operations, IT etc</p> <p>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements</p> <p>Supporting the company's compliance with Israeli and U.S. securities laws and corporate governance, implementing new regulations, compliance programs, procedures and ESG aspects</p> <p>Conducting legal work in relation to the company's subsidiaries in Israel and worldwide</p> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <p>LLB from a leading academic institution</p> <p>At least 5-7 years of experience (post-internship) as a lawyer in a commercial department of a leading law firm or in-house legal counsel in a global company and willingness to learn new fields</p> <p>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (a significant portion of the work is conducted in English)</p> <p>Proactiveness, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team</p> <p>Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively</p> <p>Attention to details and thoroughness</p> <ul> <li>Only relevant applications will be answered </li></ul> <p>#Haifa</p>
