<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Rotating Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>This role is per diem (as-needed)</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) School Program Director, primary responsibilities include teaching Cardiovascular Technology School classes.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Teach Invasive Technology and Ultrasound courses assigned by the Program Director. </li><li>Be familiar with the goals of the program and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop an organized plan of instruction and evaluation. </li><li>Actively engage in retention activities including documented communication with both students and administration regarding attendance and progress. </li><li>Assist students with course registration and academic advice as requested by the Program Director. </li><li>Provide assistance in the planning, development and maintenance of program curricula. </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Career growth and advancement potential </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: Minimum of an associate's degree in health sciences is required, bachelor's degree is preferred </li><li>Licensure: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Licensure required for RCIS based lectures. Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Licensure required for Adult Cardiac Ultrasound lectures. </li><li>Certification: Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) Licensure required for Vascular Ultrasound lectures. </li></ul> <p>Ministry/Facility Information</p> <p>Trinity Health Of New England is an integrated health care delivery system that is comprised of world-class providers and facilities dedicated to full spectrum preventative, acute, and post-acute care.
