Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery </li><li>Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience </li><li>Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and shape feature opportunities </li><li>Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics (e.g., time-to-deliver, cost, quality) across the product development life cycle </li><li>Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development </li><li>Synthesize customer feedback and research findings into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations </li><li>Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to roadmap outcomes </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, readiness, and delivery milestones across the life cycle </li><li>Support post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement by surfacing insights, defining follow-ups, and tracking impact </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area </li><li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle </li><li>Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition </li><li>Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy </li><li>Ability to translate customer needs and research into clear requirements, epics, and user stories </li><li>Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product performance using meaningful metrics and insights </li><li>Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, data, operations) to deliver outcomes </li><li>Ability to think end-to-end about product changes, anticipating impacts across channels, journeys, and stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>User research (journey mapping, market analysis) to inform roadmaps </li><li>Structured problem solving; agile delivery with engineering (build/launch/iterate) </li><li>Experimentation & optimization (A/B tests, measurement); track delivery + customer outcome metrics </li><li>Strong writing (requirements, updates); support GTM (release planning, enablement, docs, feedback loops) </li></ul>
