You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!</p> <p>Team Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary of $53,726.00 - $63,441.00 per year based on experience and certifications </li><li>Health, dental and vision insurance </li><li>Referral program </li><li>Great culture and team dynamic </li></ul> <p>Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):</p> <ul> <li>Manages all phases of QuickBooks and job cost accounting </li><li>Prepares all financial statements and reports </li><li>Manages all subcontractor data in company platform </li><li>Review job costs and overheads for corrective action </li><li>Assists with obtaining and reporting key performance indicator (metrics) data </li><li>Controls banking activities and reconciles bank and credit card accounts </li><li>Manages the A/R process, including customer invoicing and collections </li><li>Manages the A/P process, including vendor invoicing and payments </li><li>Public Relations-establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees </li><li>Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments. </li><li>Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records </li></ul> <p>We support and hire Veterans and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer!</p>
