Provide customer feedback based on analysis of functional gaps via SAP services and work with the development team to close gaps. Implement various specific best practice operation scenarios including developing, training, specifications, and documentation. Ensure proper and up-to-date availability of services and documentations for the respective area of expertise. Deliver root cause analysis, performance optimization, and assessments for SAP Analytics and Business Planning & Consolidation solutions.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and seven years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a three or four year Bachelor's degree. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve five years in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform including Architecture, Configuration, Sizing, Lifecycle Management, Upgrades, Security, Monitoring, Auditing, and Scheduling;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Suite including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, Lumira, Analysis for OLAP and Universes;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Analytics Cloud including Architecture, Lifecycle Management, System Integration, Models, Stories, and Analytical Applications;</p> </li><li> <p>Perform root cause analysis and performance analysis in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Suite and SAP Analytics Cloud from an end-to-end perspective including Application, OS, Network, and Backend;</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Suite and SAP Analytics Cloud to SAP datasources including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, etc. and non-SAP datasources; and</p> </li><li> <p>Design and review customer reporting solutions from a functional and technical perspective.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
