<p>About the role</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to lead enterprise-level initiatives in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Project Management domains, with a strong focus on Aprimo solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Solution Architecture, client engagement, and strategic project execution-particularly within the medical devices sector. This hybrid role demands a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. </li><li>Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Aprimo solutions (MRM and DAM), providing technical guidance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise systems. </li><li>Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure successful project execution. </li><li>Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks proactively. </li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. </li><li>Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the DAM domain. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. </li><li>Utilize expertise in the medical devices sector to tailor project solutions to industry-specific needs. </li><li>Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team. </li><li>Contribute to the company's mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Work model: Hybrid</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
