We offer both on-site and remote opportunities.</p> <p>At Arcoro, you will help create software products that are cutting edge, easy to use, and that make an appreciated and notable difference in our customer's daily lives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and nurtures?relationships?with vendor contacts, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day interactions. </li><li>Oversees improvements to policies, procedures, templates, technology, training, marketing and communication to ensure Arcoro maintains a comprehensive and effective vendor partnership program. </li><li>Performs as functional bridge among external vendors as well as internal stakeholders. </li><li>Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for vendor communications, questions, negotiations, and conflict resolution ensuring timely and effective solutions. </li><li>Coordinate with all internal teams to provide support, guidance, and training on vendor-related matters. </li><li>Monitor vendor invoices and payments, resolving any billing discrepancies. </li><li>Monitor and report sales/leads/referrals to various vendor partners. </li><li>Collaborate with the Product Team on vendor integrations to maintain integrity and enhancements to the integrations. </li><li>Evaluate current vendor management programs and identify ways to improve them. </li><li>Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to contractual terms. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Marketing and Sales - Ability to effectively identify ways to promote vendor products alongside Arcoro products or services. Identify opportunities, and drive sales through Vendor Partners. </li><li>Understanding of Process Automation and Management - Understanding process automation and management to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. </li><li>Ability to Manage Partner Management Automation Platforms - Tracking leads, drive sales metrics, and monitor performance. </li><li>Communication - Ability to communicate regularly and effectively with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful partnerships. </li><li>Relationship Management -? Must be adept at building and nurturing?relationships?with vendors, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all players in the vendor ecosystem benefit from their participation. </li><li>Strategic Thinking -?
