Our people are problem-solvers and collaborators, leveraging human ingenuity and AI-driven tools to drive innovation.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>As a Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our AWS business, shaping strategic opportunities, strengthening alliance relationships, and translating innovation into tangible commercial impact.</p> <p>This role sits at the heart of our growth agenda, combining alliance leadership, go-to-market strategy, and revenue generation. You will work closely with AWS, senior client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and execute a joint growth strategy that positions Publicis Sapient as a leading partner across the AWS ecosystem.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Drive and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales outreach and co-selling activities </li><li>Develop pipeline of new logo opportunities leveraging AWS's market position and PS capabilities </li><li>Collaborate with client partners and industry BD sellers to identify, qualify and close new business </li><li>Lead client sales presentations, articulating clear value propositions </li><li>Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships </li><li>Lead joint account plans with AWS teams across industries </li><li>Navigate AWS partner programs including MAP </li><li>Build relationships with AWS account teams </li><li>Drive leads through AWS partner portal, ensuring proper opportunity registration </li><li>Position PS's AWS capabilities, particularly in generative AI and cloud infrastructure solutions </li><li>Serve in both client and partner facing role </li><li>Develop strategic plans to target and close net-new logos </li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of co-sell opportunities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Your Skills & Experiences:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in business development, partner sales or consulting within cloud hyperscalers ecosystem </li><li>Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business </li><li>Experience selling cloud infrastructure and services </li><li>Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker) </li><li>Demonstrated collaboration with client partners/industry teams </li><li>Deep understanding of AWS partner programs and co-selling processes </li><li>Strong executive presence across PS and AWS organizations </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience selling in Financial Services industry is preferred. </li><li>Experience with AWS funding programs, particularly AI/ML Innovation </li><li>Experience selling/implementing generative AI solutions on AWS </li><li>Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred </li><li>Ability to travel to AWS and client location. </li></ul> <p>This role requires sales expertise, AWS knowledge, cloud infrastructure experience, and generative AI understanding to drive new logo acquisition in the evolving AI and cloud landscape.</p> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Pay Range: $180,000 - $240,000</p> <p>The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
