<p>1st Shift Clean Room Packer - (experience in a clean room helpful but not necessary)</p> <p>EMS is looking for candidates who like to work in a team atmosphere, are highly motivated, dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment.</p> <p>Position Summary: In a sterile environment in a manufacturing (non-medical) clean room, the packer is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging metal material to prepare for final packing.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Carefully inspect material for dust and contaminants prior to packing. </li><li>Accurately label metal coils for identification ensure they are properly sealed </li><li>Operate table lift and sealer machine </li><li>Use hand-held tools </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized packing area, following all safety protocols. </li><li>Wear all required clean room PPE </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School or Equivalency Diploma </li><li>Basic shop math skills </li><li>Manual dexterity and attention-to-detail required </li><li>Prior class 8 clean room experience preferred </li><li>Ability to read and understand written instructions in English </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Standing for long periods of time </li><li>Lifting up to 5 lbs </li></ul>
