<p>Purpose</p> <p>The Sales and Client Success Coordinator supports sales and project teams by translating client needs into clear, actionable plans. This role blends early-stage business development, product research, and project coordination-while also playing a key part in managing Day 2 client needs and providing ongoing support for existing accounts. It's a foundation-building position designed to prepare future leaders in business development, account management, and planning.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Solution Synthesis</p> <ul> <li>Understand project goals, timelines, and constraints to support tailored product strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with Business Development (BD), Account Management (AM), and Project Directors to align client intent with product solutions and vendor capabilities. </li></ul> <p>Product Research & Vendor Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Conduct focused product research based on design, budget, and functional requirements. </li><li>Liaise with manufacturers to gather pricing, lead times, and specifications. </li><li>Organize and distill product information into usable formats (quotes, presentations, databases). </li></ul> <p>Visual Storytelling & Client Experience</p> <ul> <li>Support the development of client-facing decks, mood boards, and look books. </li><li>Source and organize finish samples for client presentations. </li><li>Attend client meetings as a support partner-note-taking, managing follow-up. </li><li>Handle Day 2 and post-install support needs with professionalism and polish. </li></ul> <p>Sales & Project Support</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate CRM data, assist with scheduling, and track opportunities. </li><li>Manage internal tasks like quote requests, vendor communication, and order prep. </li><li>Curate ancillary product packages for cohesive solutions. </li><li>Support warranty claims, reorders, and small client change requests. </li><li>Gain proficiency in CORE, CAP2020, and other tools to quote, order, and track efficiently. </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>High-quality presentations, pricing packages, and follow-ups are delivered on time. </li><li>Improved meeting conversion, pipeline velocity, and client satisfaction. </li><li>Internal teams (BD, AM, Project Directors, Ops) feel supported and informed. </li><li>Day 2 and ongoing client needs are handled smoothly. </li><li>Clients report a polished experience from start to finish. </li><li>Confident and accurate use of CORE, CAP2020, and related tools. </li></ul> <p>Growth Path</p> <ul> <li>Expected time in role: 12-24 months </li><li>Possible next steps: </li></ul> <p>?
