Succeed. #BeHere</p> <p>Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.</p> <p>This job is ON - SITE.</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Standard Hours: 40.00</p> <p>Shift: Shift 1</p> <p>Shift Details: day shift (some on call off hours roughly every 8th weekend), no holidays, no weekends, except when on call</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager manages the day to day distributive pharmacy services necessary for the provision of pharmaceutical care to each Froedtert patient. To accomplish this objective, the Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager shall interact with other members of the health care team to proactively address drug distribution issues, maintain our quality assurance programs, and provide overall leadership and supervision of the Central Pharmacy workflows. This person would report to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations. Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years pharmacy experience is required.</p> <p>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>B.S. or Pharm. D. degree received from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy is required. Completion of a PGY-2 residency and/or two years of prior supervisory experience is preferred.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Demonstration of effective team building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with other health care professionals and patients in order to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
