<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 1st shift Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our fleet shop operations with hands on trailer/tractor experience located in Charleston, SC.</p> <p>Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Must be flexible to work any shift as neededPay: $90,000-95,000 annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus of 10%</p> <p>Why work for Reyes Fleet Management?</p> <ul> <li>Incentive performance pay eligibility </li><li>4 Weeks PTO + Holiday Pay </li><li>Yearly performance raises </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>401K and Company paid Life Insurance </li><li>Reyes Reward program </li><li>Health, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plans </li><li>Great work culture and clean facilities </li><li>Financial and wellness discounts and much more!!! </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the in-house team of Technicians to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance while controlling costs, minimizing vehicle downtime, maintaining accurate records, and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee fleet maintenance operations, including repair quality, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and compliance with company, state, and federal standards, including DOT and OSHA regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize AssetWorks to manage and track fleet assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintenance scheduling, and data analysis to improve asset performance and lifespan</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize and report on key performance metrics (KPI's) through PowerBI dashboards, identify and provide data-driven insights to monitor facility performance and trends, and make informed decisions to optimize fleet operations and reduce expenses</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the fleet maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by monitoring expenses, analyzing financial metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance spending efficiency and reduce overall costs</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage extensive maintenance experience to oversee and guide all repair and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the fleet</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
