<p>Kforce has a Maximo MAS9 Functional Lead in Armonk, NY.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units </li><li>Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes </li><li>Drive solution design sessions with SMEs, business owners, and technical teams </li><li>Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios </li><li>Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations </li><li>Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs </li><li>Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness assessments </li><li>Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process optimization, and adoption </li><li>Manage functional issue resolution during cutover, go-live, and hypercare </li><li>Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross-platform teams like ERP, GIS, Mobile, and Reporting* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed </li><li>Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus </li></ul>
