<p>Highland Roofing Company is looking for an experienced Safety & Risk Manager to lead and strengthen our safety program across our offices in Charlotte, Raleigh/Garner, and Wilmington, NC. The position can be based at any of our three offices.</p> <p>You'll play a key role in keeping our teams safe, supporting our job sites, and building a strong safety culture company-wide.</p> <p>What You'll Focus On:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and improving safety programs and policies </li><li>Ensuring compliance with safety regulations (especially OSHA) </li><li>Conducting site audits and safety inspections </li><li>Leading risk assessments and accident investigations </li><li>Delivering safety training and education </li><li>Promoting a strong safety culture across all teams </li><li>Managing safety documentation and reporting </li><li>Overseeing safety gear and equipment needs </li><li>Supporting emergency preparedness </li><li>Driving continuous improvement in all safety practices </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>At Highland, we treat our team like family because we know what really matters.
