This position is responsible for demo, clean-up and reconstruction of sold apartments.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demolition work </li><li>Moving interior walls </li><li>Installing cabinets, molding and baseboards </li><li>Installing plumbing fixtures - faucet and toilet installation </li><li>Residential painting </li><li>Perform record keeping tasks associated with apartment turnovers. </li><li>Perform general labor under supervisor's request. </li><li>Perform snow removal duties when necessary. </li><li>Assist Maintenance Staff as needed </li><li>Be available for emergency situations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Schooling or experience with carpentry/building background and or proven work history preferred. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Ability to read, write perform basis arithmetic and speak effectively. </li><li>Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. </li><li>Must be comfortable and proficient with technology to support department goals </li><li></li></ul> <p>All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
