Lead staffing, training, and employee advocacy to strengthen culture and compliance.</p> <p>Find your next opportunity with LHH!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws</p> </li><li> <p>Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Organize employee engagement activities and company events</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to recruitment and hiring strategies</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year</p> <p>Search managed by: Kristina Powell</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
