<p>What to Expect</p> <p>The Training Program Manager owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Semi Service Training programs. This role ensures training solutions scale with fleet growth while maintaining technical excellence, safety, and service readiness.</p> <p>This position can be based in Reno, NV, Palo Alto, CA or City of Industry, CA. 25% travel required.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own end to end Semi Service training programs including onboarding, certification, and advanced technical development</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Service, Engineering, EHS, and Operations to align training content to real world service needs</p> </li><li> <p>Engage, negotiate with, and manage expectations of executives, vendors, and clients</p> </li><li> <p>Manage budgets, resource planning, and optimize project dependencies across the program</p> </li><li> <p>Establish program documentation, track milestones, and deliver status reports. Define training strategy, delivery models, and program roadmaps</p> </li><li> <p>Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness, readiness, and performance impact</p> </li><li> <p>Lead continuous improvement initiatives across curriculum, delivery, and tooling. Support regional training teams with standardized frameworks and best practices</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>5-8+ years of experience in project management and 2+ years in people management</p> </li><li> <p>Proven credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, budget creation, and software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to define and communicate a strategic vision, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to align program goals with business objectives and manage organizational change</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive, analytical approach to resolving high-level risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints. Experience in service, automotive, heavy equipment, or technical operations</p> </li><li> <p>Background in learning and development or workforce training.
