As a Manager on our Epic EHR team, you will support innovative projects that optimize Epic systems, creating sustainable solutions that drive meaningful results. If you're passionate about driving impactful solutions and believe in the power of collaboration, Huron offers a rewarding path forward.</p> <p>As the Healthcare Technical Consulting Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customized technical solutions ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions impacting effective use of Epic systems </li><li>Provide insights on workflow design, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance </li><li>Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements </li><li>Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently with stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience </li><li>Current Epic Tapestry certification and extensive knowledge across related products and solutions </li><li>Additional certifications (e.g., Tapestry Essentials/ITB, Claims, Contracts, AP, Eligibility & Enrollment, Benefits Engine, Referrals, Authorization, and CRM) </li><li>5+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems </li><li>Project management experience relevant to Epic certifications and operational workflows </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely </li><li>Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required </li></ul> <p>The estimated salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
