If these are resonating with you, then you are in the right place.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Loader Operator is responsible for a variety of tasks to provide production support for WI operations. They typically use motorized equipment such as a front-end loader, yard truck, haul truck.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in mandatory stretching exercise program </li><li>Follow all safety regulations </li><li>Inspect all equipment before operation </li><li>Load stone bunkers for saws </li><li>Shuttle bunkers in/out of production facility </li><li>Unload stone blocks from semi trailers </li><li>Load / Unload stone for the custom saw production facility </li><li>Use the yard truck to move finished trailers </li><li>Shuttle stone stock from the quarry to the production facility using the yard truck and trailers </li><li>Organize and maintain custom saw production facility stock yard </li><li>Load gravel trucks using front end loader </li><li>Weigh stacks of stone slabs on truck scale </li><li>Shuttle roll off truck containers (full & empty) in/out of production facility </li><li>Push up and maintain scrap pile and haul ramp </li><li>Quarry stone in Chilton as needed </li><li>Cross train to serve as a backup to various other loader operators positions </li><li>Snow plowing </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of operating heavy equipment </li><li>Certification in loader and forklift operation- Training and certification are provided on site </li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision, be proactive, and able to work with others </li><li>Data entry, math and computer skills </li><li>Written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English </li><li>Ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Detailed oriented </li><li>Dependable </li><li>Ability to adapt to varying work environments </li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Work Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Works in indoor and outdoor conditions including varying weather and environments </li><li>Hours are full-time, onsite, M-F </li></ul> <p>Buechel Stone Corp will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records for employment in compliance with the FCO</p>
