<p>We are looking for</p> <p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Materials Engineer to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</p> <p>This is a meaningful and diverse position that includes participation in groundbreaking projects, from the requirements stage through transition to production</p> <p>If you are curious, creative, enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, and are looking to make a real impact on advanced airborne systems - your place is with us</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Selecting materials and manufacturing processes suitable for airborne systems, including electro-optical systems, computers, and more</p> <p>Providing creative solutions to design challenges</p> <p>Conducting failure analyses</p> <p>Driving technological innovation</p> <p>Performing engineering experiments and analyzing results</p> <p>Working under pressure in a dynamic environment</p> <p>Collaborating with multiple organizational interfaces and team members</p> <p>Supporting the transition to production and providing operational support</p> <p>Working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering - Mandatory</p> <p>M.Sc. in a related field - Advantage</p> <p>At least 3 years of relevant industry experience</p> <p>Ability to lead and drive projects</p> <p>Curiosity, self-learning ability, and creativity</p> <p>Experience working with laboratory equipment and material characterization - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in R&D of new materials and manufacturing technologies - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in process development in the field of paints or coatings - Advantage</p> <p>Availability for immediate employment</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
