This role manages key fundraising projects such as the employee giving campaign, annual year-end appeals, comprehensive fundraising campaigns and events/in-person fundraising initiatives. Success in this position is achieved through strategic plan implementation, brand awareness efforts, and</p> <p>support for fundraising activities, to drive revenue in support of the mission and vision of Meriter Foundation and UnityPoint Health - Meriter.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and written skills. Team-oriented. </li><li>Problem Solving Motivation </li><li>Budget management </li><li>Teamwork </li><li>Managing priorities/deadlines Multicultural sensitivity. </li><li>Microsoft Office - heightened familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel and Adobe.
