This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Product Costing, tightly integrated with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) to support highly configurable, engineered, and customized products.</p> <p>As part of Rizing's SAP delivery organization, the consultant will work closely with client Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, audit-ready costing solutions aligned with Wipro delivery standards and best practices.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>SAP Product Costing & Controlling (CO)</p> <ul> <li>Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Product Costing with a strong focus on Make-to-Order (MTO) business scenarios </li><li>Configure and support: </li><li>Standard cost estimates and configurable material costing </li><li>Cost component structures and valuation variants </li><li>Material Ledger and Actual Costing (where applicable) </li><li>Enable accurate costing for variant-driven and custom products using AVC-controlled BOMs and routings </li></ul> <p>MTO, Multi-Plant & AVC Integration</p> <ul> <li>Support Make-to-Order and Configure-to-Order manufacturing models across multiple plants </li><li>Ensure tight integration between Product Costing and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), including: </li><li>Variant-specific BOM and routing determination </li><li>Costing of configurable characteristics and options </li><li>Cross-plant cost rollups and inter-plant valuation impacts </li><li>Design and support costing scenarios spanning: </li><li>Multiple manufacturing locations </li><li>Sourcing strategies and plant selection logic </li><li>Cross-plant production, stock transfers, and settlement </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong specialization in Product Costing </li><li>Proven hands-on experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments </li><li>Strong experience supporting multi-plant costing and inter-plant scenarios </li><li>Solid understanding of Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and its impact on BOMs, routings, and costing </li><li>Deep knowledge of: </li><li>Standard and actual costing </li><li>Material Ledger </li><li>Cost component split and variance analysis </li><li>Strong integration understanding across CO, PP, MM, and AVC </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Skills: SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling .</p> <p>Experience: 8-10 Years .</p> <p>The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .</p> <p>Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
