<p>Operations Supervisor</p> <p>Our Supervisor position provides an aspiring landscape management professional with an opportunity to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will become equipped with the skillset and capability to lead and take responsibility as a leader of 10-25 people at DJ's. Everything about this role is set up to prepare you for a future role as a supervisor. Each of our Supervisors-in-Training are paired with an Operations Manager, as well as other department supervisors, who guide and mentor them as they gain exposure and experience with the key responsibilities of a supervisor at DJ's.
