And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Core Responsibilities:Precepting (0.2FTE)Responsible for developing skills and competencies needed to be an effective preceptor, by attending required trainings and skill development sessions.Provide regional training for onboarding, new company-wide, and regional implementations, and remediation for skills and competencies.Help a new Oaky put into practice what they have learned in onboarding and assess readiness to perform independently in roleWelcome Coordinator coverage (O.8 FTE)Welcoming patients and guests Conducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required formsCollecting co-paysUpdating patient information and making changes in the electronic medical record platformScheduling/rescheduling appointments within the electronic medical records platformManaging phone lines by answering, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructedManaging faxes in the electronic fax platformMaintaining the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areasOther duties as assignedWhat we're looking forRequired Qualifications:At least 1 year in Welcome Coordinator Role and in good standingAn appetite for expanded responsibilities and a chance to truly make an impact in the growth and development of their Oaky teammatesCommitment and passion for training and continuing educationStrong computer skills are required including mastery of EMR, Canopy, and Google SuiteProfessional phone etiquetteExemplary customer service demonstrationCandidate must be willing to travel to all centers regionally to support precepting and have access to a reliable form of transportationUS work authorizationPreferred Qualifications:Some college preferredFluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)Other SkillsA flexible and positive attitudeA welcoming and nurturing attitude toward our patient population of older adultsHigh level of integrityAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
