The candidate must have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.</p> <p>Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Java Tech Lead job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Architect scalable Java-based solutions using Spring Boot and microservices aligned with enterprise design standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop high-quality REST APIs, backend components, and integration layers using Java 8/11 and JPA/ORM frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead end-to-end development activities, including debugging, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize application performance by working with application servers such as Tomcat and EAP while ensuring smooth deployments.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD workflows using Git, Jenkins, and related tooling.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate complex technical issues through root-cause analysis and guide teams in resolving application-level problems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>6-8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot development.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API development.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise-level Java applications using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
