To impact the world in meaningful ways, you must bring those innovations to light, and that is precisely what we do.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <p>As part of Aptima's Training, Learning, & Readiness Division, you will be assisting on high priority projects and work within the Division. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly interdisciplinary team on a variety of tasking, including the following:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in search for and review peer-reviewed scientific literature </li><li>Assist senior researchers to perform data analysis and reporting using standard commercial tools such as Python, R, SPSS, or SAS </li><li>Develop draft content for technical analyses, written reports, presentations, and papers related to applicable areas of science and technology </li><li>Apply written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members using email, phone, and virtual meeting technology </li><li>Participate in a timely, productive, and collegial manner on a multidisciplinary project team </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Training and/or relevant coursework in research methods and statistics </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance </li><li>Completed B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, human factors, data science, or other related fields </li><li>Currently enrolled and completed at least one year of coursework in an accredited graduate program work toward a Master or Doctoral degree </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$25.00 - $27.00/hour</p>
