They sell the majority of their own work. Our project managers manage portfolios of "complicated" buildings. As a Grunau Service Sales Project Manager,?you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.</p> <p>Job Specifics</p> <p>Sales:</p> <ul> <li>Get to know people in multiple levels within the organizations they work with </li><li>Convince customers through actions that they need the Grunau Company and no one else can do what we do or provide what we provide </li><li>Provide estimates and proposals as required </li><li>Focus on PM work and Inspections </li></ul> <p>Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with onsite crews daily. </li><li>Visit the job sites at least once a week. </li><li>Manage small jobs and day-to-day break fix work. </li><li>Be the Emergency contact for the customer at any time of day or night. </li></ul> <p>Safety:</p> <ul> <li>Review Safety issues facing the team. </li><li>Review and discuss site specific safety concerns. </li><li>Investigate all accidents and near misses submitted by their crew. </li><li>Execute job site safety audits. </li></ul> <p>Financial:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for selling and managing sales volume that meets or exceeds his/her annual P&L budget. </li><li>Responsible for selling services and PM agreements as well as managing and serving existing accounts and projects. </li><li>Cross sell all of the other Grunau Services with new and existing customers. </li><li>Responsible for successful project execution - to include meeting budget estimates and efficiently and accurately tracking change orders. </li><li>Working with vendors on best pricing and buying of our materials and equipment. </li><li>Quickly react to scope changes on projects with customers and field teams.
