<p>Arconic is currently in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Order Execution Team located in Springdale, Arkansas.</p> <p>Primary Purpose</p> <p>Under the general direction of the CSC Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator positions primary responsibility is to review, and enter, customer purchase orders (PO's) by using proprietary software.</p> <p>Major activities and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order Processing and Order Management </li><li>Review customer orders and purchases </li><li>Coordinate order status - placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statuses. </li><li>Send orders to manufacturing based on standard practices. </li><li>Work with our ordering system and release orders to manufacturing. </li><li>Adjusting prices based on established guidelines. </li><li>Interact with Customers and Sales Representatives </li><li>Generous training period </li><li>Work with customer on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, customer claims. </li><li>Utilize or develop knowledge of product and price book. </li><li>Interact and coordinate with internal resources on projects. </li></ul>
