Develop your forward-thinking skills, thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, and succeed at "a better place to be".</p> <p>ConnectOne Bank is an Equal Housing and Equal Opportunity Lender, and a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.</p> <p>About this role:</p> <p>The Corporate Services Supervisor coordinates the activities of the couriers and office services throughout the branches and has responsibility for the courier vehicles.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Bank's "People First" focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be". </li><li>Ensure that all communications with employees and clients are positive. If problems are encountered escalate the matter to the appropriate party and taking ownership and following up with on a daily basis as necessary until conclusion. </li><li>Coordinate scheduled deliveries and pick-ups for departments and branches and address unscheduled or urgent requests. </li><li>Manage office services including: incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; supply distribution, storage, and ordering; and facilities upkeep. </li><li>Ensure all mail and deliveries are properly tracked and recorded. </li><li>Maintain all electronic record keeping and tracking portals. </li><li>Maintain all Courier vehicles in a safe and sound manner when used. </li><li>Responsible for vendor management as related to facilities: coordinate with outside vendors; schedule service calls; follow up on open items; troubleshoot issues as needed. </li><li>Implement facility safety standards by ensuring compliance with all local, state, or federal regulatory requirements; scheduling any necessary systems testing (fire alarm, sprinklers, etc.); training of office staff on emergency procedures. </li><li>Back up couriers as needed. </li></ul> <p>Must haves:</p> <ul> <li>Strong "People First" interest and ability. </li><li>Knowledge of regulations with regard to facilities and safety. </li><li>Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations. </li><li>Excellent driving record. </li><li>Ability to manage others </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points For:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices. </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>World class health, vision, and dental benefits on day one </li><li>401k with employer match </li><li>Hybrid work from home (depending on role) </li><li>Employee appreciation events (team building, softball games, food truck days, etc..) </li><li>Employee assistance programs (EAP) </li><li>Wellness programs (flu shot, preventive care, health programs and services discounts, etc..) </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Employee Discount perks </li><li>CNOB Community Service Events </li></ul> <p>….and much, much more!</p> <p>Studies have shown that individuals from underrepresented groups, may only apply to roles if they meet 100% of the qualifications.
