These may include education, work experience and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Under the direction of the Director, Quality & Compliance, responsible for ensuring compliance with Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and behavioral Health accreditation and licensure standards for all clinics, programs, and the administration unit. Assists Director with regulatory audits and surveys and preparation/training of all staff.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with OTP, Substance Abuse facilities and Mental Health facilities federal and state mandates including SAMHSA, CARF, DEA, DMHAS, DCF, and DSS standards and regulations. Responsible for preparation and successful completion of regulatory audits and surveys and execution of corrective action plans (as applicable). </li><li>Ensures agency corporate compliance program conforms to applicable accreditation standards, as well as any State and Federal regulations. Assists director in identifying, addressing, and resolving identified compliance issues. </li><li>Coordinates compliance audits, monitors activities and prepares compliance reports to ensure clinical documentation meets standards as established by regulatory bodies and payors. </li><li>Communicates compliance policies and guidelines to management and staff. </li><li>Assist with training employees on compliance requirements, including ethical code of conduct and corporate compliance. </li><li>Develops and maintains compliance recordkeeping system. </li><li>Participates in execution of new initiatives and projects. Coordinates timely response to record requests, Subpoenas and Court Orders. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years compliance related experience in a healthcare or behavioral health field. In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and standards. Strong analytical, research and communication skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
