<p>TRIA is looking to hire a Clinic Rehab Assistant to join our rehabilitation team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services.</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>Monday-Friday, variable day shifts.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Six months experience in a customer service job, or medical related experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting. </li><li>Must be able to work independently under the supervision of multiple rehabilitation professionals on recurring assignments. </li><li>Should have critical thinking skills and be able to problem-solve. </li><li>Strong verbal communication, customer relations and listening skills are essential. </li><li>Good telephone etiquette, money handling, and keyboarding skills are needed. </li><li>Must be able to promote and maintain good customer relations and patient confidentiality. </li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the phone with a wide variety of patients (i.e., Those with speech and hearing impairments, those requiring interpreters) </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes switching between tasks. </li><li>Comfortable working with computers and learning new equipment and software as needed within the scope of the role. </li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Park Nicollet offers a competitive benefits package (for eligible positions) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, a retirement program, time away from work, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, onsite clinic and much more!</p>
