A NOC Imaging Technician is to provision and stage endpoint and network hardware, maintain documentation and inventory, and manage shipping and receiving. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters location in Melville, NY. The salary for this position is $36000- $40000 (negotiable based on experience).</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Provision and configure endpoint devices (PCs, tablets, thin clients) following imaging standards and policies. </li><li>Stage and baseline servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for device configurations, assets, and deployment procedures. </li><li>Manage inventory, including receiving, logging, labeling, tracking, and organizing hardware. </li><li>Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure equipment is packaged and delivered efficiently. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve imaging and deployment workflows and enhance documentation. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting </li><li>Knowledge of basic subnetting </li><li>Knowledge of OSI Model </li><li>Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail </li><li>Customer-service mindset focused on reliability and user experience </li><li>A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!) </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation-first approach </li><li>Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement </li><li>Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact </li><li>Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team </li></ul> <p>Sourcepass participates in the E-Verify program.
