We enable your best to power our future.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>To label, print, insert and mail daily production jobs for machines and manual processes.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>? This position is responsible for accurately preparing and processing timely high</p> <p>volume mailings using inserting machines.</p> <p>? Responsibilities include being able to set up and operate ink-jet systems, inserting</p> <p>machines and other mailing equipment 100% of the time.</p> <p>? Ensure adjustments are correctly made for the various size and thickness of material</p> <p>used.</p> <p>? Will assist in accurately preparing and completing mailings for other departments as</p> <p>requested.</p> <p>? Will access the required programs for specific jobs.</p> <p>? Will maintain all systems by making major repairs and mechanical adjustments as</p> <p>needed.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Position Requirements</p> <p>? High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.</p> <p>? Must have 5+ years in a direct mail environment.</p> <p>? Basic knowledge in the operation of ink-jet and inserting equipment.</p> <p>? Basic knowledge of MS Windows.</p> <p>? The ability to operate and maintain mailing equipment making minor repairs and</p> <p>adjustments.</p> <p>? Must be able to follow Post Office regulations as it applies to mailing and receiving</p> <p>presort discounts.</p> <p>? Must be a team player within the department.</p> <p>? Must possess good verbal and written skills to interact with co-workers.</p> <p>? Will maintain a safe and clean working environment.</p> <p>? Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>? Must be able to lift 60+ pounds.</p> <p>? Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist and turn.</p> <p>Schedule Requirements</p> <p>Monday-Friday: Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed)</p> <p>#LI-JM1</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Enabling your best to power a better media future.
