Additional work locations may include:</p> <ul> <li>Fridley, Minnesota • North Haven, Connecticut </li><li>Mansfield, Massachusetts • Eatontown, New Jersey </li></ul> <p>As a hands-on Senior IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, architecture, design, and buildout of SAP platform and application landscape capabilities. In this position, you will play a vital leadership role in the planning and multi-year transition from our single ECC6 instance and application landscape to SAP S/4. You will be instrumental in building and scaling new SAP application platforms (e.g. MDG, GTS, EWM), modernizing the existing ECC stack, and establishing engineering and automation standards that support release and change velocity while maintaining system integrity and auditability, especially in regulated environments.</p> <p>In the role of Senior IT Program Manager - SAP COE Platform Engineering and Architecture, you will lead a team of onshore and offshore platform engineers to sustain and enhance the current SAP application and solution landscape while transforming to S/4. You will provide platform engineering services to Commercial, Supply Chain, and Quality IT Value Streams to deliver transformational programs where SAP COE involvement is required. Provide expert intervention on critical production issues and incidents when required. </li><li>Collaboration: Work with the business facing IT teams (including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial etc.) and IT Horizontal teams (including Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, etc). to deliver SAP platform solutions and services. </li><li>Vendor Management: Effectively manage and hold accountable vendors and service providers to successful deliver SAP platform solutions. </li><li>Project Management: Utilize agile project management methodologies in an FDA regulated environment to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. </li><li>Financial Management: Responsible for the financial aspects of the SAP platform, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and implement leading practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Platform solutions. </li><li>Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP Platform engineering team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Compliance: Ensure all IT solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. </li></ul> <p>MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree </li></ul> <p>NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strongly Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of end-to-end architecture and operational model for SAP platform solutions across ECC and S/4 HANA</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to define and implement engineering practices for hybrid SAP environments (on-prem + RISE/SAP BTP)</p> </li><li> <p>Capable of architecting SAP landscapes utilizing best practices for scalability, security, high availability, and automation</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with advanced tools such as SAP LAMA, SAP SolMan ChaRM/RevTrac, Retrofit, CTS+, SAP Transport Organizer, and automation via Tricentis/Jenkins</p> </li><li> <p>Strong background in DevOps, Change Process, release pipelines across environments, traceability, segregation of duties, and audit-readiness</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience leading major SAP programs, including greenfield and/or brownfield S4 implementations, SAP upgrades (e.g. Hybris, MDG), and new platform enablement</p> </li><li> <p>Previous leadership of a blended delivery model with onshore and offshore engineering teams embedding DevOps practices into support</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud approaches and RISE construct connectivity</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years in a leadership role guiding IT project management, systems implementation, architecture, financial management, and operational support teams</p> </li><li> <p>Previous consulting experience</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years' experience planning, architecting, and building SAP solutions in SAP ECC environment and ideally in the transition of the SAP ECC application landscape to SAP S/4.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 5-8 years in a leadership role IT project management, system implementation, architecture, financial management, and operational support.</p> </li><li> <p>Consulting experience is desired but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Ideally includes MDM, GTS, EWM, ME/MII.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with BASIS, Solman, Transport/Revtrac, Security,</p> </li><li> <p>ABAP and techno-Functional experience in common SAP modules is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with landscape management and optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Hybrid cloud connecting to SAP RISE is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering IT solutions on time and within budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent understanding of procurement processes and systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of relevant IT frameworks and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications:?
