The Sr. Director of Recruiting is also responsible for traveling to meet with clients onsite and utilizing JPS's resources creatively and effectively to source the best candidates. This is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity in Greenwood Village, CO.</p> <p>Essential Functions & Basic Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Match providers with healthcare facilities on the basis of qualifications, culture fit, career aspirations, and other information that is important to both providers and healthcare facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Consult clients on market compensation and other variables to help them attract candidates and fill their staffing needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities and update job advertisements on a regular basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with clients in person at the client's facility to solicit and compile information regarding search(es) for personal clients and team members' clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Contact providers to proactively source viable candidates.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct thorough screening of candidates with attention to detail and prompt follow up.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with clients to create effective onsite interview itineraries.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist provider candidates with booking travel arrangements as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Offer, negotiate, and close offers of employment to provider candidates on behalf of clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve personal productivity goals and metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide consistent mentorship and serve as a positive role model by guiding team members, fostering professional growth, and promoting a collaborative, high-standard work culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead advanced, independent client and candidate management by delivering strategic consultation, resolving complex needs, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a culture carrier and team leader, modeling consistent personal production, professionalism, recruiter best practices, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset while mentoring junior team members and setting the standard for communication and engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Support team development and brand representation by leading quarterly Lunch & Learns and marketing sessions, participating in profiles and key recruiting events, contributing to hiring efforts, and representing JPS at conferences, marketing events, and volunteer initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years of successful sales or recruiting experience required; more experienced candidates welcome to apply.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in retained physician recruitment required.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Stable employment history with verifiable references.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to produce results in a high-pressure, time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to accurately project individual performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining quality results.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to produce results that impact the company with little to no oversight for corrections.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to engage in sustained concentration.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel independently required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent time management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Organized with attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements & Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Up to 30% travel required.</p> </li><li> <p>This position is full-time (40 hours per week). Responsibilities may require adjustment to work schedule, such as evenings/weekend hours to meet productivity goals as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Regular presence in office is required.
