The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and components across manufacturing, utilities, and facilities equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards in a regulated medical device environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot electrical systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and control panels.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute and close out electrical work orders in a timely and compliant manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work adheres to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Document maintenance activities accurately using good documentation practices (GDP).</p> </li><li> <p>Support the installation, testing, and qualification of new electrical equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational efficiency.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and industrial automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components and systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with work orders, SOPs, and GDP in a regulated environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with automated manufacturing systems and PLC programming.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in electrical maintenance or related technical field (e.g., Journeyman Electrician, IPC certification).</p> </li></ul>
