For more information, visit www.virtuoso.com.</p> <p>The Director, National Accounts is responsible for achieving divisional goals with Virtuoso National Account Members by enhancing member agency engagement. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Memberships and GM US, the Director National Accounts is an integral role focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with key National Accounts across the nation. This individual will leverage their expertise in client relations and strategic partnership management to drive mutual growth, ensure member satisfaction, and uphold Virtuoso's reputation for exceptional service. The Director, National Accounts will demonstrate strong self-motivation and organizational agility, adapting to the dynamic needs of a global network. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to building consensus will be essential, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver outstanding value and results. The Director, National Accounts will increase engagement with Virtuoso products, programs, and Preferred Partner Production through strategic planning, developing, and implementing tailor growth plans. The primary focus will be on growing Member's Preferred Partner Sales, meeting network revenue targets, using Virtuoso Products and Programs, expanding marketing efforts, and participating in Virtuoso Events. This role involves executing customized growth strategies developed alongside member agency executives that align with both member and Virtuoso goals and initiatives. The portfolio managed by this role includes the network's largest and most complex member agencies.</p> <p>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Develop strong, trusted relationships with Virtuoso National Account agency owners, managers, and advisors to increase utilization of Virtuoso's programs, maximize Preferred Partner Sales and agency retention. Maintain a deep understanding of each agency's structure, leadership, market position, and goals to support business objectives and growth. Develop a communication strategy and cadence of engagement, document plans and touchpoints in CRM system, and execute annual membership investment. </li><li>Collaborative and strategic business planning with National Account Executives to create and execute annual account plans which drive growth and engagement with Virtuoso. Strategic plans will increase travel advisors preferred supplier sales and engagement in Virtuoso Products and Programs while appealing to advisors who may currently not be engaged with Virtuoso. Ensure member agencies are fully participating in Virtuoso marketing initiatives, Events, Business Growth Programs, Professional Development, and other network opportunities. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned National Accounts, advocating for Virtuoso's value and ensuring active participation across programs and support of Preferred Partners. Actively engage members through focus groups, interactive sessions, and in agency meetings. </li><li>Advocate for Virtuoso Member National Account needs with Virtuoso Executives to support long-term agency success and retention. Collaborate with Virtuoso Executives (Partnerships, Marketing, Events, Product) to share member feedback to drive growth, engagement, and member satisfaction in overall support of member agency business goals. Share member feedback, market insights, and industry intelligence to improve Virtuoso's programs and strengthen member relevancy. </li><li>Provide performance feedback to identify and segment advisors/agencies. Find opportunities to deepen the engagement and productivity of members and advisors. </li><li>Deliver tailored training and support to increase advisor and agency participation in core offerings. </li><li>Achieve performance benchmarks and assigned sales and engagement goals. </li><li>Analyze member data to find trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making. </li><li>Professionally represent Virtuoso in member meetings, focus groups, committees, and key initiatives as assigned. </li><li>Plan and execute a travel and engagement strategy within budget. Create a calendar of sales calls and communication plan with clearly defined and measurable goals. </li><li>Manage internal coordination and delegate across shared resources to ensure member needs are met. </li><li>Manage projects as assigned by the SVP and GM. </li></ul> <p>Educational and Skills Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>CTA/CTC/CTIE preferred </li><li>10+ years of Travel Industry Sales or Senior Account Management or Senior Customer Success </li><li>Strong understanding of travel agency operations and opportunities for revenue </li><li>Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth. Proven experience in developing and managing business plans </li><li>Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment </li><li>Proficient in analyzing data, managing business plans, and solving complex problems </li><li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to influence across levels and platforms </li><li>Ability to relate well to individuals on a one-to-one basis and in larger group presentation settings </li><li>Proven ability to educate, motivate and sell </li><li>Understanding of budgets and P&L statements </li><li>Work history reflects strong project management skills </li><li>Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently in a deadline-driven environment </li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook </li><li>Forward thinking, curious, & creative </li><li>Current business trend knowledge </li><li>Able to collect and analyze complex information, problem solve and make decisions </li><li>Strong skills in inspiring the win-win-win </li><li>Ability to work independently </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Travel required approximately 40%+ of the time. </li><li>Travel will be primarily domestic with some international travel for Virtuoso and member events and agency visits. </li></ul> <p>Type/Nature of Contacts:</p> <ul> <li>Internal: Regular collaboration with managers and directors across departments. </li><li>External: Daily interaction with agency owners, managers, and travel advisors. </li></ul> <p>We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) savings plan, and more.
