Join us for a permanent full-time position and discover the joy of contributing to captivating projects every day!</p> <p>The Benefits</p> <p>Overall remuneration including:</p> <ul> <li>Profit sharing bonus program </li><li>Group Insurance plan including dental, vision & telemedicine; </li><li>401K plan with employer's contribution; </li><li>Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year; </li><li>Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year. </li><li>Flexible working hours & hybrid working; </li></ul> <p>The Day-to-Day</p> <ul> <li>Perform programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and graphical interfaces for users (HMIs); </li><li>Participate in user needs analysis and develop programming plans; </li><li>Design automated systems through technical drawings and diagrams; </li><li>Conduct tests and market programmed installations to our clients; </li><li>Assist our clients by creating user guides, technical manuals, and other tools to facilitate understanding of automated system usage; </li><li>Upgrade and troubleshoot automated systems as needed; </li></ul> <p>The Skills We Are Looking for</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field </li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience </li><li>Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, etc.) </li><li>Ability to write clear technical documents; </li><li>Travel to site as required during start-up or service activities (15-20% travel is expected); </li><li>Skill in designing user-friendly graphic interfaces; </li><li>The ability to diagnose and resolve problems; </li><li>Thorough understanding of hardware and software upgrade methods for automated systems; </li><li>Communication skills; </li><li>Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing; </li><li>Competence in planning and executing comprehensive system tests. </li></ul> <p>#Projet (WTS)</p>
